Sign-in and password help
Use Forgot Password? on the Golf One sign-in screen to request a new recovery link. Do not send a password or one-time code to Golf One support. You can still search courses, view maps, and explore guest Social content while signed out.
Tee times and booking changes
Golf One compares course and provider results, then hands you to the selected booking provider to complete checkout. For a cancellation, refund, or reservation change, use the confirmation and support channel from the provider that accepted the booking. Include the course, date, time, and provider name when asking Golf One to investigate a search issue.
Location, Diamond GPS, and wind
Allow location While Using the App for nearby search and on-course GPS. You can enter a city or course manually if location is unavailable. Diamond GPS, detailed terrain, scorecards, and WeatherKit wind depend on coverage for the selected course and an active data connection. GPS yardages and AI Caddy recommendations are planning aids; always follow course signs, local rules, and your own judgment.
Social safety and shared rounds
Use the Safety action on another golfer or round roster to report or block that account. Removing a friend stops the friendship; blocking also prevents supported Social interaction. Invite links should be shared only with people you intend to join the round. If a safety control is unavailable, use the form below and choose Social. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services.
Shot Tracer, video, and cart tools
Camera, microphone, Photos, local-network, and Wi-Fi permission can affect these tools. Check iOS Settings for Golf One, confirm the intended cart or local transfer network, and include the app build plus the device model in your request. Never include a livestream key or hotspot password in a support message.
